Orders can be exchanged/returned for up to 14 days after the date of delivery. To be eligible for exchange/return, all items must be in new/unworn condition, odor free (pets, wear, smoke etc.) just as they were received. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything Cotton Vault reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
When shipping your order back to us for exchange, please make sure that the items are properly packaged.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Replacement of Defective/Damaged Products

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We do not include insurance on shipments, however, upon customer request, we are more than happy to do so for an additional fee of $6. Although it almost never ever happens, very very rarely packages are lost/damaged in transit. Once we have shipped an item and USPS tracking validates their receipt of the parcel, buyer assumes all responsibility for parcel. We assume no responsibility for damages or losses. Refunds or replacements are not provided for damaged or lost parcels.
